Since opening our doors in 1974, Richmond Interiors has been a part of homes across Macomb County, St. Clair County and the surrounding communities. What started as a flooring-focused business has grown into a full-service interior showroom, offering everything from flooring and countertops to window treatments and more.

Falyn Bauman
Owner
Falyn Bauman is the proud owner of Richmond Interiors, a hometown business she's deeply connected to—both as a lifelong resident of Richmond and as someone who began her journey as a salesperson in 2001 while she was going to college for her Interior Design degree.
She eventually purchased the store in 2017 and has been striving to continue the success of this long standing, local small business. A dedicated mom of two awesome kids, Falyn is passionate about serving her community, leading an incredible team, and offering quality interior solutions to customers locally and beyond. She’s also an active member of the Richmond Rotary Club, a proud supporter of youth sports, and small businesses that help Richmond thrive.
Tracy Austin
Design & Sales Associate
Tracy started working at Richmond Interiors in 2018. She has a passion for interior design and a love for drafting, which makes her work there very fulfilling. Working at a small-town store gives her a strong sense of connection to the community.

In her spare time, Tracy can be found weightlifting, biking, or hiking with her husband. She also enjoys yoga, reading, listening to music, and cooking. She is passionate about traveling and hopes to visit as many national parks as possible. A major priority for her is spending time with friends and family. They love hanging out on the lake or in the pool, attending concerts, taking weekend trips, or simply spending quality time together.
Hope Serio
Design & Sales Associate
Hope joined Richmond Interiors in 2017 and enjoys working closely with customers, helping them find pieces that truly fit their lifestyle and style. She takes pride in creating a positive, personalized experience for everyone she works with.

She values being part of a small, local business in Richmond, where strong community connections make her work even more meaningful.

In her free time, Hope loves being outdoors, camping, hiking, and enjoying nature whenever she can. She’s also passionate about music and enjoys going to concerts with friends.
